Zohaib Hassan Gondal is an Advocate of the High Court based in Islamabad and the Managing Partner of Amicus International Legal Consultants & Advisors. His practice spans litigation, constitutional advocacy, public law, corporate, regulatory matters and institutional governance. Mr. Gondal has appeared in more than 1,600 proceedings before the Islamabad High Court, comprising over 1,200 matters conducted as State Counsel and a further 400 plus matters undertaken independently. His practice record reflected in more than fifty reported cases, spans constitutional petitions, criminal matters, civil and commercial disputes, criminal revisions, appeals, administrative, regulatory litigation involving public authorities and government institutions.

From December 2019 to June 2024, Mr. Gondal served as State Counsel before the Islamabad High Court, representing the State. In this capacity, he conducted criminal prosecutions, assisted government departments, public authorities in constitutional, public law, administrative litigation, including matters concerning fundamental rights, criminal justice, and public administration.
Independently of his public sector service, Mr. Gondal has conducted more than 400 proceedings before the Islamabad High Court on behalf of private clients, across constitutional, criminal, civil, commercial and regulatory matters.

In 2024, the Islamabad High Court appointed Mr. Gondal to a three-member Commission constituted in proceedings concerning former Prime Minister Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi, relating to his legal team’s access to Adiala Jail.

Since March 2025, Mr. Gondal has served as a Member of the Election Commission of the Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan. In this role, he oversees the administration of elections of National Sports Federations under the applicable PSB Constitution and Sports Election Regulations, including electoral schedules, nomination and scrutiny processes, voter and candidate lists, objections and election related disputes.
